Inform Africa in partnership with IMS-FOJO (International Media Support) commences the second round of its media literacy campaign as part of its eight-month campaign at Mado hotel on March 28, 2022.
The second round workshop focused on content creation with the participation of 20 selected social media influencers.
The one-day workshop began with a discussion of the fundamental concepts of content creation. Understanding the audience’s needs; using creative and critical thinking skills to produce quality materials that meet learning requirements; having the technical competence to use a range of digital tools effectively and confidently; being honest, ethical, and responsible when publishing; and respecting the rights of other copyright owners are some of the key concepts covered in the workshop.
Participants made content development practices for several platforms with respect to the fundamental concepts and ideas discussed at the workshop.



The media literacy campaign Arif Negari aims at inculcating better media knowledge for the betterment of society. The second round campaign to be conducted under the theme “Impact of Media content” will continue until April 27 with a panel discussion and a video competition.
